Legal harborside which floor

Our Chefs have been hard at work creating new fully composed dishes with some of our most popular seafood and new sides. Please share your feedback with your server or in our online survey! Got there at They said "there is no table ready for you until Weird that they could not place a two-top on a Wednesday night 11 minutes early.

Again, Fri-Sat, ok, pm, ok. Everything else great, as usual. But I found that off-putting. Liked the atmosphere, the young lady waitress was new to the area like us. Lobsters were excellent. A little pricey for lunch but the food was excellent. It was a great experience, the food was delicious and the ambience is wonderful.

Our server was beyond phenomenal. He made our sons birthday exceptionally special. Sat at bar. Great service. Great food. Excellent location, excellent food, excellent staff. The calamari is very fresh and light! The warm lobster roll was amazing! Poor value. Lacking service. If you're looking for a great place to get seafood along the water in Boston very few places offer the ambience and value of Legal Harborside.

Would absolutely recommend. The food was terrible ,my steak was over cooked and the lobster Mac and cheese was very dry and not cheesy. But in the end the manager was very apologetic and compensated are whole meal. It was so good we went back the next day! Our server was so friendly and helpful with all of our questions! Food was wonderful as always. Such a great value and price point. Food was greatly, very clean. We were seated on the first floor right on the harbor.

Great place for a happy hour with work colleagues. We had 10 in our party and Catherine, our hostess, did an amazing job of sitting us all together on a very busy night! The food and drinks were fabulous and our server, George, was wonderful! It was a great evening from start to finish!

We had a delicious meal here. Our waiter was fantastic and served up great drink recs as well. I ate there twice in one week because it was so good. Great for business meetings. Casual atmosphere and solid food!

From the drink, to bisque, and entree each was put together with professionalism and amazing flavors. We left satisfied but not uncomfortable. Amazing all around. La vista es muy agradable. Swordfish was bland and burnt. Surf and turf was overpriced and the steak was also overdone. I normally love this spot at the bar with a bowl of chowder and a glass of wine, so brought family here for a meal. Without drinks, it was w tip for 3 people and no one enjoyed their meal. It was our first time at Legal Seafoods and our first time in Boston!

We really loved the food and environment. We got a patio table which is front seat to the beautiful water. Our server could have been a little bit more elegant. Swordfish entrees was good. Sashimi was good. The Dragon rolls were meh or not fresh. Cesar salad was very disappointing, no flavor whatsoever.

The added scallops on the salad was overcook. Honestly not the quality I expected from Legal Harborside. Great foid and service. Great view. Great location, friendly staff, had a handover at shifts end that left service a bit wanting Krystal was amazing! It took forever to get our appetizers oysters, soup and sushi, which shouldnt take long that we asked for our checks as soon as we received our entrees.

Staff just seemed all over the place and too busy but our server was still very nice and personable. Best Clam Chowder ever! The server was great. Front of house was rude. Food is over priced for the quality. Nothing special for the price point. This was our first visit to the Legal Harborside. We had a wonderful dinner and the service was excellent. The occasion was the belated celebration of my birthday, and we were seated by the window with a marvelous view of Boston Harbor.

Did not serve us for our 21st birthday even though we had 3 forms of ID to prove it. Even had a valid identification. Ruined the birthday mood. Good food, very good service. Kim was outstanding and view awesome. The restaurant was extremely quiet, perhaps due to fears of coronavirus, but the experience was great. A very appropriately attentive server, great view by the window, superb food! Came for their Leap Day special and it was amazing! Not sure if I would come otherwise, a little pricey.

But maybe worth coming once or once in a blue moon. Expect better on food Asked for medium steak but cane out like medium well. Halibut was on the plain side Great atmosphere. The upstairs is fancier, having a dress code no hats. Twin lobsters had a ton of meat. My experience was exactly what I wanted. A quiet, low lit table with an overlook of the harbor. Amazing seafood the Chilean sea bass was melt in your mouth incredible, as were the oysters--perfectly fresh , extremely well balanced wine, a finishing drink that that was the perfect blend of sweet, spicy, and strong, and a waiter that was courteous, respectful, and informative.

The three friends I went with absolutely loved their food, whether it was surf scallops, sushi, shrimp or turf New York strip. Though they did not have the 20oz. Early bird catches the worm, and all that. That did not make them enjoy their second pick any less. I will be visiting them again, and I recommend everyone else to do the same. Though the cost of the dinner was up there for us lower-middles, going to Boston for PAX East once a year is something we save for, and we wanted the best of the best.

That is exactly what we got. Na zdrowie. Legal Harborside offers people a premier dining experience, but at a cost. However, when you realize the high quality of the ingredients plus the stunning view it still seems like a bit of a bargain compared to some of the other higher priced restaurants in Boston and Seaport.

I highly recommend the colossal lobster roll despite it's colossal price The food wasnt good, the atmosphere of the restaurant was ok but it was too loud. Service was not too bad. I will never recommend this restaurant to any of my friend. Food was good, but not outstanding. Portion size was smaller than expected. Staff was excellent, view of Boston Harbor nice.

Felt that the price exceeded the quality of the food. Excelent sea food restaurant. Taste the creamy showder. Great restaurant on water in Boston Harbor. Everything was fantastic. Great service, had 2 colleagues complain that the scallops were too salty. Good food, nice establishment, good wines, a little slow service. Crab cakes were awesome so was the view from the 2nd floor.

Good scallops and ambiance. We were seated in a very comfortable table directly on the windows overlooking the Harbor, which was still and beautiful at night. The food more than matched the ambiance. They put a unique twist on all that they do to make the meals stand out a bit more than just the fish. I enjoyed a New Zealand salmon on top of an excellent Lobster risotto, while my wife had a lobster tagliatelle with a touch of marscapone cheese that gave it a unique creaminess.

I had the grilled octopus as an app tender and tasty , while my wife had the blue crab, a generous portion with a zingy orange sauce along with it. The wine list is extensive with something at all price points, and the service was attentive. All in all just a nice, relaxed and pleasant experience.

Excellent meal Excellent service. Great food, staff very friendly and very well informed. The amount of Attention to customers was excellent. I would start them off with the first floor before advancing them to the 2nd. Great accommodation for a Valentine's Dinner Date, I would return for a regular dining experience. We love Legal Harborside! Love love loved the shrimp cocktail - so fresh and tasty! Thank you! Great night after long day at Boston boat show Swordfish which was asked to be Cajun or blackened was awful.

Love all locations of Legal Seafood. The food and service are historically always exceptional. Lots of training and support needed. Business colleagues. We have been many times but usually sit at the bare. This time we went with friends and sat in the dining room. We always enjoy Legals Floor 2, the food is excellent and the setting fabulous. Service was a little slow this time which is unusual at Legals. Great service, excellent food.

We loved our server and the variety of dishes. Everything was cooked to perfection. All around great atmosphere , great food , Great service.
